	The Promoters of the company are from varied fields of business, and have brought with them the synergies of their common factor CUSTOMER SATISFACTION inputs from each of their respective fields. Mr Kupendra Reddy, the main promoter has been in the field of Land Development in and around Bangalore over the past 30 years and has in-depth knowledge of the development activities going on and the acumen to identify potential areas for development. Mr Reddy has earned the trust and goodwill of people by ensuring at all times proper title and timely deliveries in each of his development projects. RGA was started in continuation of the business this time to cater to the INFRASTRUCTRURE needs of the corporate world in terms of hassle free well equipped operational SPACE. Mr Reddy is also involved in major infrastructure development through other companies viz: Primal Projects Pvt. Ltd., and Sapphire Infrastructure Development Pvt. Ltd.

Mr Reddy has also ventured into automobile dealership business and his unit M/S Sireesh Auto Pvt. Ltd., the authorised dealership Mahindra and Mahindra has grown in the last two years to be the second largest in Bangalore and has carved a place among top dealers of Mahindra and Mahindra in the country.

Mrs. Kanta Agarwal, a member of the Agarwal family who are into the business of Tea exports owning tea gardens and Textiles has been serving the international clientele with rigid timelines and has successfully grown the business over the years.

Mr Arun Goel, has been providing logistics solutions to both Individual and corporate clients over decades through their company M/s Goel Roadways Ltd and are today a well known name in the industry.
